Reach your full potential as Financial ControllerAs a Financial Controller, you report directly to our Finance Director and are responsible for managing figures at a macro level and prepare consolidated reports for our Food segment. You will work in a fun and ambitious team where you collaborate closely with the Business Controllers, who provide input for your reports. Your challenge is to create clear and comprehensive reports for the entire Food segment. Additionally, you will work on various interesting projects with other Financial Controllers within the B&S Group, such as standardising Finance & Control processes and establishing and managing both financial and non-financial (sustainability) reports.

With Corporate Reporting, you share the common goal of making financial results transparent for the board of directors. You ensure the timely delivery of annual accounts worldwide and provide support for various reporting-related issues.

A typical workday includes:

• Preparing consolidated figures and reports for the Food segment
• Analysing the performance of the Food business segment
• Ensuring the timely delivery of various annual accounts worldwide and supporting reporting-related issues
• Preparing quarterly and annual reports for external stakeholders and the Board of Directors
• Preparing monthly reports
• Preparing weekly management reports
• Liaising with the Business Controller for necessary information and collaborating on various projects within the B&S Group
• Optimising the financial reporting process

Qualifications

This is youYou are thé financial expert and excel at optimising financial systems. With your extensive experience in finance, you enjoy working independently and serve as the link between our Finance department and our commercial departments. Your strong analytical and communication skills make you the right person for this role! Together with your team, you are motivated to achieve the best results.

You:

• Have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Have completed a bachelor’s degree in an economic/financial field
• Have a good command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
• Have advanced knowledge of Excel
• Have knowledge of Onestream and AFAS (preferred)
